Maple Syrup Jelly

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup water

Soak gelatin in water, add maple syrup and heat over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a hard boil, remove from heat and put into jars. Cover and refrigerate.
