Maple Sugar

One of our favorite candies! This is as simple as just cooking it down.

maple syrup

Bring any amount of maple syrup to a boil and cook it until the soft ball stage, about 240 degrees (F). Remove from heat, whip it until it's almost cool and then pour it into molds.
