Maple Pork Chops
6 pork chops (1-inch thick) Lightly brown the pork chops and arrange in a shallow
roasting dish. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over
the chops. Bake covered for 45 minutes in a 400 degree oven, basting
occasionally. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer. Serve chops with
the sauce (thickened with roux or a little flour). See also: |
