Maple Nut Fudge

2 C. sugar
1 C pure maple syrup
2 T. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. milk
1 C. cup chopped nuts
1 T. butter

Combine the sugars, syrup and milk in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 238 degrees (F). Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Add the remaining ingredients and beat quickly until the fudge thickens and loses its sheen. Pour into a buttered 8" pan and let cool.
