Maple Bread Pudding
3/4 cup maple syrup Into a double boiler, pour the maple syrup. Butter the bread, then cube it and add it to the maple syrup. Add the nuts and/or raisins, and beat together the remaining ingredients, then add those as well to the syrup mixture.
